Barnawapara Butterfly meet

Butterfly meet will be organized in Barnawapara Sanctuary from 21 to 23 October

There will be an opportunity to know and identify butterflies

Baloda Bazar, 15 October 2024/Butterfly meet will be organized in the sanctuary from 21 to 23 October 2024 under the joint aegis of the Forest Department and Barnawapara Sanctuary. Through which nature lovers will get a chance to know and identify butterflies closely. Also, important information regarding the habitat of butterflies and their importance will be shared with the participants by subject experts. This is the third episode of the said event. Earlier it was done in 2022 and 2023. Preparations for the butterfly meet have been completed by the department. QR code has also been generated to participate in the event and get information through which registration can be done easily. The registration fee for the participating students in the meet is Rs. 1500 and for other persons, it is Rs. 2000. Along with this, the age limit for participation is 18 to 60 years.
