Government of Chhattisgarh issues Birth Certificate Online. User has to go Choice Centers, for online filling of application for Birth Registration. Concerned Birth Registrar will process the application, and issues the Birth Registration Certificate. Applicant can trace or monitor the progress of his application using the given website. Applicant receives sms whenever any steps taken towards the application and certificate generation. He visits nearest choice center and take hard copy of the Birth Registration Certificate.
