Apply for Death Certificate

Government of Chhattisgarh issues Death Certificate Online. User has to go Choice Centers, for online filling of application for Death Registration and Death Certificate. Concerned Death Registrar will process the application, and issues the Death Registration Certificate. Applicant can trace or monitor the progress of his application using the given website. Applicant receives sms whenever any steps taken towards the application and certificate generation. He visits nearest choice center and take hard copy of the Death Registration Certificate.
